L.I.F.T. (Living in Faith Together) is a Young Adult Ministry serving those 18-39is in all stages of life; married or single, with or without children. This ministry is based on the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church but all are welcomed to attend. Our goal is to form a community among young adults through spiritual formation, service and social events. Some activities include faith sharing, adoration, retreats, praise and worship, etc.
What’s in the name?
L.I.F.T. came about while hearing a Jars of Clay song, Shelter. The song states “in the shelter of each other we will live…” When creating this ministry, the vision was to form a community of young adults that would lift each other up spiritually and be each others’ accountability in a world full of confusion. The name was confirmed when reading a verse from Ecclesiastes 4:10 “…the one will LIFT up his companion…”
